Delete your IziCost account

You can delete your account and all its data from inside the app, at any time, without contacting anyone:
- Open IziCost and go to the Me tab.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
- Tap the red Delete my account button to finish.
What is deleted immediately
Your account, your receipts and their photos, line items, budgets, shopping lists, watched items, household membership and any roles.
What stays: community price points. They are anonymous — product, shop, city, price, date, with nothing that links them to you — so they cannot be traced back to you and they remain in the shared pool as part of the price history.
If you no longer have the app
Email [email protected] from the address of your account and we delete it for you within 7 days.
Backup copies of the database are overwritten within a few weeks; see the privacy policy for what that means.
